Patches are exclusive to members and Certified Detailers. Patches may only be ordered and used in accordance with the IDA Logo Policy.
Note: Membership and/or certification will be verified before your order is processed.
To order patches, please follow the instructions below:
TO ORDER:
- Click the "Order Now" buttons below.
- On the store item page, only logged-in members will be able to see the "Add Item" button.
- Add the desired quantity of patches to your cart.
- You can either checkout from there or return to the storefront to select a different patch to add to your order.
TO ORDER:
- Click "Order Now" below (or log in to your member dashboard and click on "Groups" in the menu bar) to be taken to your groups portal.
- From there, select your exclusive Certification group (i.e. Certified Detailer, Skills Validated, or Recognized Independent Trainer) to visit the group home page.
- There you'll find an "Order Patches" section. Click on the patch you want to order to be directed to the patch store.
- Add the desired quantity of patches to your cart.
- You can either checkout from there or return to your group page to select a different patch to add to your order.

There is no standard placement for your IDA patches and stripes; however, the IDA recommends placing on the upper shoulder (left or right side is up to you). In order to look your best, please place the patches/stripes in their intended order:
- The IDA logo patch goes on top.
- If you’re a member, your member stripe goes directly beneath the IDA logo patch.
- If you’ve earned certifications and are a member, your certification stripes go underneath the IDA logo patch and under the member stripe (CD first, then SV, then RIT).
- If you're NOT a member, stripes go directly under the IDA logo patch (CD first, then SV, lastly RIT).
