Sheryle serves as the Executive Director of the IDA. She has over 30 years of experience with trade and professional associations. Sheryle collaborates with the IDA Board in strategic planning, as well as improving and expanding association services and benefits.
EVENT AND EDUCATION COORDINATOR
Cara manages events and trade shows. She also is the administrator for IDA’s Certification Program, coordinates webinars, and other IDA University programs.
OFFICE MANAGER & MEMBERSHIP SPECIALIST
Anne is our Office Manager and Membership Specialist, processing applications and dues, maintaining the online member directory and the member database, and responding to member inquiries.
Alisha is our Accounting Specialist, preparing the budget and financial reporting for the IDA as well as monitoring investment and insurance accounts.
MEMBER SERVICES ASSISTANT
Ana serves as the Member Services Assistant and works with Anne to process all member requests and inquiries.
Rachel works in-depth on the IDA website.
Deb is our Communications Coordinator and she manages all communications related to the IDA.
Amy is our Multi-Communications Specialist and works on the IDA newsletter, social media, website, webinars, and sponsorship and advertising.
