For auto detailers having the IDA certification will demonstrate that their skills and competence have been verified by a third-party authority. Employees will take pride in their IDA certification and customers will look for the IDA Seal of Excellence when choosing the detail operation to which to take their cars. This will be an online certification program, developed by the INTERNATIONAL DETAILING ASSOCIATION and will benefit auto detail professionals equally.

 

For years detailers have talked about the need for a standard of competency within the detail industry. Many other auto service operations have a set of standards for technicians. Why not the auto detailing business?
